I am unable to start this server and it returns the
following error:
Could not start the MSSQLSerevrADHelper on <server>.
Refer to service-specifc error code-1073741724You cannot manually start this service, SQL Server uses it when you register
a database or publication in AD.

page, and was wondering if this was the cause
